Hotel uniforms

Hotel uniforms for luxury and boutique hotels, made to your specification.

A uniform is the most visible part of a hotel’s identity, and it has to work for a whole shift. We develop and produce staff wardrobes for every team, from the front door to the kitchen.

Every team, one wardrobe

  • Front desk and reception
  • Concierge, doormen and valets
  • Restaurant and bar
  • Housekeeping
  • Spa and wellness
  • Pool and beach
  • Kitchen
  • Seasonal layers and outerwear

Three ways a uniform project starts

Opening a hotel

Uniforms for every department, planned around training and the opening date.

Refreshing a wardrobe

Evolve the current uniforms or start again, team by team or all at once.

Running several properties

A shared core range, with room for each property’s own character.

Specified for the job, not only the look

Built for the role
Movement, pockets, temperature and wear are considered for each job, alongside how it looks.
One house style
Colour, cloth and detail carry across teams, so the property reads as one place.
Sized for the whole team
Fits and size ranges are reviewed at sampling, before production quantities are confirmed.
Ready for reorders
New starters and replacements are made to the approved specification, so the wardrobe stays consistent.

From brief to delivery.

From the first brief to the reorders for new starters, on one specification.

  1. 01

    Brief

The property, the teams, the products and the date. Brand books and drawings help.

  2. 02

    Specify & develop

Cloth, fit, sizes, trims and finishes for each product and the way it is used.

  3. 03

    Sample

You review samples and approve the specification before production.

  4. 04

    Produce

Made in Portugal and elsewhere in Europe, depending on the product.

  5. 05

    Deliver

Planned around your opening date or rollout.

  6. 06

    Replenish

Reorders made to the approved specification as teams change and textiles wear.

Questions about hotel uniforms

Can you work from our designer’s drawings?

Yes. We can develop uniforms from a brief, or work from your designer’s drawings and specifications and take them through sampling and production.

Can uniforms match our brand colours?

Colour is part of the specification. Bring your brand book or physical references and we propose cloth to match, which you see at sampling.

How is sizing handled for a large team?

Sizing is planned for the whole team, with fits reviewed at sampling before production quantities are confirmed.

Can new starters be added later?

Yes. Reorders and new starters are made to the approved specification, so the wardrobe stays consistent.

Request a quote for hotel uniforms

A few lines are enough to start. It helps to know:

  • Which teams, and roughly how many people in each
  • Your brand book or a designer’s drawings
  • The uniforms you want to replace, if any
  • When the teams need them

What happens next

  1. 01We read the brief and check what you need, where and by when.
  2. 02We reply by email, usually with questions about quantities, sizes and dates.
  3. 03When the specification is clear, we quote and plan samples.

Your project

What kind of project is it?
Which products?

Choose all that apply.

Approximate quantity

Our production programmes typically start from 100 units. Count across all products; a rough range is fine.

When do you need it?

An opening date or a rough window is enough.

A few lines help us reply with the right questions: the property, the teams, an opening date.
