Who is responsible for your data
Stanzia Studio is the brand used on this website. It is not a separate company. The person or organisation legally responsible for the personal data you send (the controller) is to be confirmed, of to be confirmed.
Enquiries are handled by Miguel Ramôa, who runs operations and enquiries for Stanzia Studio.
What the quote forms collect
The project and contact details you enter and any files you attach. We use them only to review your request and reply to it, as steps you ask us to take before any agreement.
Where requests go
Requests are recorded in a Notion workspace used to follow up enquiries and, where email delivery is configured, sent to the team by email through Resend. A request is only confirmed on screen when at least one of these services has received it. Please do not include sensitive personal information in your brief or attachments.
Attribution and measurement
Recognised campaign fields from the page address, the first page you visited and the referring website are kept in your browser for up to 90 days and sent with a request. Names, email addresses, company names, phone numbers, files and the brief are never sent to analytics. Optional Google measurement only runs after you choose it.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for to be confirmed, then deleted unless they have become part of a client relationship with its own record-keeping requirements.
Your rights and contact
You can ask for a copy of your data, its correction or erasure, or object to its use, by writing to hello@stanziastudio.com. You can also complain to the Portuguese data protection authority, the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados.
