Industries

Programmes for hotels, resorts, spas, clubs and restaurant groups.

Every operation dresses its teams and furnishes its rooms differently. These are the contexts we plan for, and what each one usually needs.

Luxury & boutique hotels

A boutique or luxury hotel is judged on detail. Uniforms carry the property’s identity at every touchpoint, rooms need linen and bath textiles that sit with the interiors, and the boutique needs pieces worth buying. Many roles share one programme, so the range has to be planned with care.

Usually includes

  • Front-of-house uniforms
  • Housekeeping wear
  • Bed linen and bath textiles
  • Robes and slippers
  • Guest retail

Resorts & beach clubs

Resorts work outdoors, in sun, salt and chlorine. Pool and beach teams need clothing that copes with heat and movement, towels are used in volume, and seasonal staff arrive in waves. Resort wear, beach bags and towels also make natural guest retail.

Usually includes

  • Pool and beach uniforms
  • Pool and beach towels
  • Robes
  • Resort wear and beach bags
  • Guest retail

Programmes

Spa & wellness

In a spa, the uniform is part of the treatment. Therapists need freedom of movement and cloth that copes with oils and frequent washing, reception teams need a calmer version of the house style, and robes, slippers and towels set the tone for every guest.

Usually includes

  • Therapist and reception uniforms
  • Robes and slippers
  • Spa towels
  • Spa retail

Programmes

Restaurant groups

Restaurant groups need consistency across venues and room for each concept to keep its own character. Aprons, chef and service wear take daily punishment, and table linen has to survive the laundry and still look right at dinner.

Usually includes

  • Service uniforms and aprons
  • Chef and kitchen wear
  • Table linen and napkins
  • Tea towels

Programmes

Members & country clubs

Clubs are run for people who come back every week. Staff wardrobes are noticed, and retail for members, from knitwear to caps, carries the club’s name into everyday life.

Usually includes

  • Front-of-house and bar uniforms
  • Members’ retail and knitwear
  • Robes and towels for spa, pool and changing rooms

Programmes

Multi-property hospitality groups

Groups need one specification that works across properties, with the flexibility for each property to keep its own identity. Reordering should be simple for every property, and the core range should stay consistent from one order to the next.

Usually includes

  • Core uniform range with property adaptations
  • Room linen and bath textiles
  • Reorders across properties

Design & procurement partners

Interior designers, uniform designers and procurement partners often hold the design and need production. We can work from your drawings, specifications or approved samples, and take products through sampling, production and delivery.

Usually includes

  • Production of specified uniforms
  • Guest textiles to specification
  • Retail pieces from approved designs
